TCU Wide Receivers Coach

Justin Fuente has left the TCU staff to become the new head coach at Memphis. As a result, WR coach Rusty Burns has filled in Fuente's spot as co-offensive coordinator and QB coach. This leaves an opening for a WR coach. Here are our potential candidates for the job:

Chris Brasfield - Oregon State Running Backs Coach
  • Played WR at TCU from 1992-95.

Charlie Williams - North Carolina Wide Receivers Coach
  • Coached running backs and wide receivers at TCU from 1988-91.

Larry Edmondson - Rice Quarterbacks Coach
  • WR coach at SMU from 2004-07, where he worked on staff with Jarrett Anderson, who was the Mustangs offensive coordinator.
  • Offensive coordinator at Louisiana-Lafayette from 1999-2001. He worked with Tony Tademy, who was the team's defensive coordinator.

Bob Cole - Northern Illinois Wide Receivers Coach
  • Offensive coordinator at Sonoma State from 1988-92. Gary Patterson was the defensive coordinator at Sonoma St. from 1989-91.
